Website has basic navigations making the experience easier to use than Krispy Kreme as there are not many options to choose from. For it to be a simple website for consumers to checkout the flavours and promotion that is available, this is simple enough and will make consumers return due to the option to make orders online.
Visually the website is appealing due to the close up pictures that is used on the website. Big images helps to make the products look good, however some of the photos look blurry when you take a closer look. This may not be seen when you browse using your mobile phones. But it can be seen on a desktop
The page on the donut menu is consistent in shape of donuts and the angle of the photos being taken. Clicking on the donuts does not land you on a different page, it however allows information on the donut to be seen immediately when you have the cursor on top of the donut. This bit of information is not available on some of the donut. Glazed, cinnamon for example does not have any information, reason may be that it is straightforward that people should know what is. However to have consistency, they should have some information on it so that each one has a brief description.
It is easy to read the text on the website. It uses clean white background as well and the fonts are friendly and casual looking.
Visually it adopts the company’s signature colours except for the neon pink, perhaps using it for the fonts or banner might make it harder to read. It still gives off that Dunkin Donuts feel due to the colours used.
